Saturday, July 5th the Annual New York City Tap Festival, known as Tap City, began and will extend through July 11th. The workshop features a who’s who of master tap instructors as well as tap performances, talks, and film viewings.

I attended last year’s New York Tap Festival and had a great time. Get your tickets to the performances early as they do tend to sell out quickly. (I found out the hard way.)

If you have yet to register, you can probably still find empty slots in some classes. Just visit the ATDF website to do so.
